Product Description
This product line covers multiple common brass alloy grades, including C28000, C27000, C27200, C26000 and C26800. Each grade has different copper and zinc content ratios, resulting in differences in mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and machinability. Brass material features good formability, corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity, and can be processed by stamping, bending and cutting to meet varied product manufacturing requirements. Different alloy grades are designed to match the performance demands of different application scenarios.
Five temper grades are available to adapt to different processing and usage requirements: O, 1/4H, 1/2H, 3/4H and H. The O temper is the fully annealed state, with the highest ductility and lowest hardness, suitable for deep drawing and complex forming processes. As the temper grade increases from 1/4H to H, the material hardness and tensile strength gradually increase, while elongation decreases. Clients can select the appropriate temper grade based on their subsequent processing technology and finished product strength requirements.
Brass sheets and plates cover a broad dimensional range to meet demands from precision parts to large structural components. Specific specifications are shown in the table below:
Parameter Item | Standard Range |
|---|---|
Plate Thickness | 0.2mm-100mm |
Plate Width | 10mm-1500mm |
Plate Length | Customizable per client requirement |
All dimensional parameters follow corresponding standard tolerances, and each batch undergoes dimensional testing before delivery to confirm specification consistency.
In addition to standard size products, custom dimensional processing is supported to meet non-standard project requirements. Clients can provide specific thickness, width and length parameters, and the production side will arrange cutting or rolling processing according to the requirements. Custom processing follows the same quality inspection standards as standard products, ensuring that dimensional accuracy and surface quality meet specified requirements.
All brass sheets and plates are produced in compliance with three sets of standards: GB/T 2040-2017, JIS 3110 and ASTM B36M. GB/T 2040-2017 is the Chinese national standard for copper and copper alloy sheets and plates, which specifies requirements for chemical composition, mechanical properties and dimensional deviations. JIS 3110 is the Japanese industrial standard for copper alloy sheets, and ASTM B36M is the American Society for Testing and Materials standard for brass plate products. Products produced according to these standards can adapt to the market access requirements of different regions.
Standardized quality inspection runs through the entire production process. Raw material composition testing is first performed to verify that the content of copper, zinc and other elements matches the specified alloy grade. During the rolling process, thickness and width dimensions are inspected at regular intervals to ensure dimensional consistency. Before delivery, surface quality inspection and mechanical property sampling are conducted to confirm that the product meets standard requirements. The supplier has 28 years of experience in non-ferrous metal supply, with mature quality management systems.
Brass sheets and plates are used across multiple commercial and industrial sectors. In the electronics industry, they are processed into connector parts, radiator components and electrical contact elements, leveraging their good electrical conductivity and machinability. In the construction industry, they are used for decorative panels, door and window hardware and roof covering parts, with stable corrosion resistance and metallic appearance. In the automotive industry, they are applied to heat exchanger components and interior trim parts. In the furniture industry, they are made into decorative trim strips and hardware accessories. The material can also receive surface treatment according to requirements to adapt to different appearance demands.
For custom-produced brass sheet and plate orders, the minimum order quantity is 500 KGS. For stock specification products, the minimum order quantity is 200 KGS, and the specific quantity can be negotiated based on actual demand. Sample orders are accepted for clients to verify material properties, hardness and surface quality before placing bulk orders. OEM orders with custom dimensions and packaging requirements are also supported to match specific brand or project needs.
All export orders are packaged with standard export wooden pallets, with protective layers added to prevent surface scratches and collision deformation during transportation. Accepted payment terms include telegraphic transfer (TT) and letter of credit (LC). Delivery schemes are arranged according to the destination and order scale to match different transportation cycle requirements.
Available alloy grades include C28000, C27000, C27200, C26000 and C26800, each with different element ratios to match varied performance requirements.
