Product Description
This aluminum chequer plate product line adopts 1xxx series pure aluminum as the base material, with aluminum content reaching 99.0% and above. Available material grades include 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100 and 1145, each with slight differences in purity and trace element content to adapt to varied application requirements. 1xxx series aluminum features natural corrosion resistance in regular atmospheric and humid environments, along with good formability and thermal and electrical conductivity. These properties allow the material to be used long-term in both indoor and outdoor industrial scenarios without additional anti-corrosion treatment under most working conditions.
Multiple temper grades are available to match different load-bearing and forming demands, including O, H22, H24, H26, H14, H18 and H114. The O temper refers to the fully annealed state, which delivers high formability and suits products that require subsequent bending or stamping processing. The H-series tempers are strain-hardened states, with different numerical grades corresponding to different hardness and strength levels. Higher temper numbers indicate higher material strength and lower elongation, allowing buyers to select options based on their specific structural design requirements.
The dimensional parameters of the aluminum tread plate cover a wide range to adapt to different application scenarios. Specific specifications are shown in the table below:
Parameter Item | Standard Range |
|---|---|
Bottom Thickness | 0.6mm-10mm |
Plate Width | 1000mm-2400mm |
Plate Length | Customizable per client requirement |
All dimensional parameters follow corresponding industry standard tolerances, and each batch of products undergoes dimensional inspection before delivery to ensure consistency with ordered specifications.
Five pattern types are available for selection, each designed for different slip resistance and appearance requirements: small five bars, big five bars, 3 bars, diamond bars and beaten bars. Five-bar patterns are widely adopted in industrial scenarios, with uniform raised structures that provide stable anti-slip performance under both dry and wet conditions. Diamond bar patterns combine anti-slip function with decorative effect, and are often used in building decoration and public facility scenarios. Clients can choose pattern types based on their application scenarios and visual requirements.
All 1xxx series aluminum tread plates are produced in compliance with GB/T 3618 and EN 1386 standards. GB/T 3618 specifies the dimensional tolerances, surface quality requirements and mechanical performance indicators for aluminum patterned plates under the Chinese national standard system. EN 1386 is the European standard for aluminum and aluminum alloy tread plates, which regulates product performance indicators suitable for the European market. Products produced according to these standards can meet the access requirements of most regional markets.
The production process follows standardized quality inspection procedures. Raw material composition testing is performed first to confirm that the aluminum grade and element content meet specified requirements. During production, dimensional parameters including bottom thickness, overall width and pattern height are inspected at fixed intervals. Before delivery, surface quality inspection is conducted to check for defects such as cracks, delamination and obvious scratches. The supplier has 28 years of experience in non-ferrous metal supply, with mature quality control processes covering the entire production cycle.
1xxx series aluminum tread plates are applied across multiple industrial sectors. In the transportation industry, they are used for truck compartment floors, bus step panels, ship deck coverings and subway and high-speed train interior anti-slip flooring, leveraging their light weight and corrosion resistance. In the construction industry, they are installed on factory stair treads, work platform walkways and elevator car anti-slip panels to improve walking safety in production areas. In the manufacturing industry, they serve as anti-slip surfaces for equipment operation platforms and warehouse storage shelves, reducing slip risks during material handling operations. The material can also be cut and formed according to specific project dimensions to fit non-standard installation spaces.
For custom-produced aluminum chequer plate orders, the minimum order quantity is 2000 KGS. For stock specification products, the minimum order quantity is 500 KGS, and the specific quantity can be negotiated based on actual demand. Sample orders are accepted for clients to verify material properties, pattern effects and dimensional parameters before placing bulk orders. OEM orders with custom dimensions, patterns and packaging requirements are also supported to match specific project or brand needs.
All export orders are packaged with standard export wooden pallets, with fixed protective measures added to prevent surface scratches and deformation during long-distance transportation. Accepted payment terms include telegraphic transfer (TT) and letter of credit (LC). Delivery arrangements are made according to the destination country and order scale, with corresponding logistics schemes matched to ensure on-time arrival of goods.
Available material grades include 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100 and 1145, all belonging to the 1xxx pure aluminum series with aluminum content of 99.0% and above.
For custom production orders, the minimum order quantity is 2000 KGS. For stock size products, the minimum order quantity is 500 KGS, and specific quantities are open to negotiation.
Yes, sample orders are accepted for material and specification verification before bulk purchase. OEM orders with specified dimensions and patterns are also supported.
