This aluminum chequer plate product line adopts 1xxx series pure aluminum as the base material, with aluminum content reaching 99.0% and above. Available material grades include 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100 and 1145, each with slight differences in purity and trace element content to adapt to varied application requirements. 1xxx series aluminum features natural corrosion resistance in regular atmospheric and humid environments, along with good formability and thermal and electrical conductivity. These properties allow the material to be used long-term in both indoor and outdoor industrial scenarios without additional anti-corrosion treatment under most working conditions.
Multiple temper grades are available to match different load-bearing and forming demands, including O, H22, H24, H26, H14, H18 and H114. The O temper refers to the fully annealed state, which delivers high formability and suits products that require subsequent bending or stamping processing. The H-series tempers are strain-hardened states, with different numerical grades corresponding to different hardness and strength levels. Higher temper numbers indicate higher material strength and lower elongation, allowing buyers to select options based on their specific structural design requirements.

All 1xxx series aluminum tread plates are produced in compliance with GB/T 3618 and EN 1386 standards. GB/T 3618 specifies the dimensional tolerances, surface quality requirements and mechanical performance indicators for aluminum patterned plates under the Chinese national standard system. EN 1386 is the European standard for aluminum and aluminum alloy tread plates, which regulates product performance indicators suitable for the European market. Products produced according to these standards can meet the access requirements of most regional markets.
The production process follows standardized quality inspection procedures. Raw material composition testing is performed first to confirm that the aluminum grade and element content meet specified requirements. During production, dimensional parameters including bottom thickness, overall width and pattern height are inspected at fixed intervals. Before delivery, surface quality inspection is conducted to check for defects such as cracks, delamination and obvious scratches.
