Designed for high-performance electronics, our 8xxx series aluminum strips (including 8011, 8021, and 8079) deliver excellent electrical conductivity (≥61% IACS) and stable thermal performance across a wide temperature range (-40°C to 120°C). These strips are manufactured using high-purity oxygen-free electrolytic (OFE) aluminum with strict impurity control (Fe ≤0.7%, Si ≤0.6%, Cu ≤0.1%) to minimize electrical resistance and ensure consistent current flow. With customizable thicknesses (0.1–2 mm) and precision surface finishes (rolled, plated, or annealed), they are ideal for connectors, busbars, heat sinks, and other electronic components requiring reliable conductivity.
