Description
Our super-width copper foil for lithium battery is manufactured from C11000 copper alloy, designed specifically for current collector applications in lithium ion battery production. With a width range of 300mm to 1300mm, this product addresses the needs of large-scale industrial battery manufacturing lines, reducing the number of splices required during electrode production and minimizing material waste. The foil is available in a thickness range of 0.009mm to 0.21mm, covering the requirements of both power batteries and energy storage batteries. All products undergo standardized quality testing to ensure consistent performance across batches, supporting stable commercial procurement and long-term supply partnerships.

The controlled thickness tolerance of 0 to +2μm ensures consistent unit area weight across the foil, which contributes to uniform capacity distribution in battery cells and improves the overall cycle life of battery packs. The double-sided polished surface finish, with M surface Rz ≤3.0μm and S surface Ra ≤0.32μm, enhances the adhesion of active materials, reducing the risk of coating delamination during electrode processing and battery operation.
With a uniform tensile strength of ≥300MPa at 25°C, the copper foil can withstand the mechanical stresses of high-speed rolling, slitting and coating processes, reducing the probability of strip breakage and improving production line efficiency. The elongation rate increases with foil thickness, adapting to the processing requirements of different electrode designs and further enhancing production yield.
A dyne value of ≥38dyn ensures good wettability of active material slurries, promoting uniform coating thickness and preventing defects such as pinholes or uneven coverage. The antioxidant performance, verified by exposure to 140°C for 15 minutes without oxidation or discoloration, extends the storage time of the foil and eliminates the need for additional pre-treatment steps before processing, reducing operational costs for industrial users.
We accept custom orders for super-width copper foil with specific dimensions within the stated ranges, to meet the unique requirements of different industrial applications. The minimum order quantity ranges from 1000kgs to 2000kgs, depending on the specified thickness, width and length. All products are packaged in standard industrial packaging suitable for long-distance transportation, ensuring the foil remains undamaged during shipping. We conduct standardized antioxidant tests by placing the copper foil in a controlled environment at 140°C for 15 minutes. Products that show no oxidation or discoloration after this test are considered qualified.
